Chiltern Landcare Group

The Chiltern Landcare Group is made up of dedicated volunteers who care for the environment in and around Chiltern. Membership costs just $10 per year for a household, and we meet monthly (usually in Lions Club room in Conness Street, next to the tennis courts). We are currently working on restoring the Suffolk Street Reserve, improving the walking tracks around Chiltern, removing woody and other noxious weeds, and replanting native/indigenous species to provide habitat for wildlife. We are also targeting rabbits!
