Project Sprout – Sustaining Parks: Restoring Our Urban Terrain – aims to plant over 5,000 native tube stock across multiple locations throughout Wodonga, creating vital wildlife corridors that will connect the Wodonga hills and waterways directly through the city to the Murray River.
These planting events will be hosted by Wodonga's Landcare groups who are part of the Wodonga Urban Landcare Network, over the months of June and July 2026.
This will be a late morning walk that loops including some of the Southern end of NailCan hill as well as the river. There is 300m of height gain. It is all on tracks of various types: footpad, firetrail, paved and a few road crossings. The walk ends near Clarries Cafe so you make like […]
