Karen and Paul van Huizen run a small family farming business in the Indigo Valley, North-East Victoria where they grow elder trees (sambucus) from which they make quality handcrafted, small batch elderberry and elderflower products. They are passionate about growing products that make a difference to people’s health while caring for their land.
Karen has offered to host Seed Savers Albury Wodonga for a visit to their property and will speak on the benefits of elder products and the sustainability and future proofing of their farm. She will also serve a small charcuterie board to sample some of their products.
