At this meeting, we will reflect on the beginnings of this active community group, why it has been so successful and why current members contribute to its running.
We will also consider that we are now in the situation that our long standing secretary steps down at our next AGM. With no successor in sight, crucial tasks will be left with no one to do them. This will significantly impact the group’s ability to function.
