Join Professor Lauren Rickards, Director of the Climate Change Adaptation Lab, to explore how we can collaborate to adapt to climate change.
The Climate Change Adaptation Lab was established in 2023 and focuses on the intersection between the impacts of climate change and work, and the enabling work that is vital to our societies.
It does this through delivering impactful, reflexive research; thinking critically about what it is that we really need to adapt; considering how our daily functions will be impacted by climate change and focusing on ‘real work’ that helps adapt our communities.
Director Lauren Rickards will lead a discussion about how we can collaborate in a regional setting to adapt to climate change in a way that is relevant, proactive and has real impact.
The event will be held 6.00pm Thursday 28 November at La Trobe University Albury-Wodonga, 133 McKoy St West Wodonga.
Registrations are open now – RegionalClimateChangeAdaptation.eventbrite.com.au or by phoning 02 6024 9727.
We hope to see you there!
