Trying to get fit, stay fit in Winter. Look out for these short midweek walks that include hills that are designed to get those muscles ready for Spring.
Today’s walk is Norris Hill and we will walk in the early afternoon.
This walk in Lavington certainly starts with a bang but the climb is short and after that it’s gently undulating. It’s only 5kms so it won’t take up your whole day.
If you usually use poles they will be very useful for the first part as the track can be gravelly and slippery, after that it’s a lovely bush track followed by a flat well formed pathway.
Unless I know you well as a walker please phone me to discuss this walk.
