Trying to get fit, stay fit in Winter? Look out for these short midweek walks that include hills that are designed to get those muscles ready for Spring.
Today’s walk is around the Albury end of Nail Can Hill, including the Botanic Gardens and The Monument. It is 8.5 km in length and there is a climb of 200m
It’s all on well formed paths but a small section is a bit rocky and steep. If you usually use poles they will be useful.
We will walk in the early afternoon and it should take around 3 hours.
