The Rock (or Kengal ) is situated just out of the Town named The Rock between Albury and Wagga.
Whilst it is only a 7km circuit there is about 400 m of height gain and the way up is fairly rocky. (Who’d have guessed)
We will take it fairly slowly and plan to be at the top for lunch before coming down via the smoother Yerong Track.
