There is no better place to view the Ovens and King Valleys and the Victorian Alps than from Mt Glenrowan. This 10 km return hike to the Mt Glenrowan Lookout begins with a steep climb for 1km, leading up to the Chick Hill Lookout (signposted) while the remainder is undulating and moderate to easy. Native vegetation to enjoy on this walk, includes widespread areas of Xanthorrhoea australis, the largest native grass trees in SE Australia.
