We’ll start out on the Long Plain Track near Lake Catani, cross the Giant’s Causeway via Drillhole Rocks, then veer north to cross Rocky Creek Track, walk over Five Acre Plain to finish at Eagle Point where there are magnificent views in all directions. After lunch at Eagle Point, we’ll retrace our steps back to the cars. Approx 16 kms.
The terrain varies from fairly flat, to undulating and includes a couple of short steepish pitches and a bit of rock scrambling.
We may wander further afield if the group so wishes and depending on conditions – physical and environmental!
