Details
- It’s about a 1hr 15min drive to the meeting point from central Albury. The best route is to turn off the Olympic Hwy at Gerogery, and travel via Morven, Cookardinia and Mangoplah.
- The carpark at Livingston NP is accessible via 2WD, but we plan to head further into the park, which will require a 4WD, so it is encouraged to bring one, and we will try to organise carpooling on the day for those who only have a 2WD.
- The national park is hilly, so expect uneven terrain, but nothing too steep for the parts we’ll be doing on foot.
Please note: there are no amenities at the park.
Highlights
- woodland birds such as robins, speckled warbler, white-browed babblers, and details of the local vegetation courtesy of the field nats.
