A walk to seek and make nature observations (of plants, animals and fungi) to upload to iNaturalist and add some regional records to the Great Southern BioBlitz 2025.
We’ll share tips for noticing nature, how and why to record what you find, and how to use the iNaturalist app to help confirm the ID and contribute to biodiversity knowledge.
What to expect: This urban reserve is home to many interesting plants, animals and fungi.
Please be aware that we will be walking on gentle slopes, on a natural, unpaved and possibly wet surfaces.
What to bring: your mobile or other camera (optional); dress for the weather and wear closed shoes, long pants, and sun protection.
