Albury is a haven for a rich variety of Australian native birds much loved and admired by our community. In conjunction with the Birds of Australia Storybox exhibition the LibraryMuseum is celebrating our local birdlife with a community-based exhibition that features your photography of local birds. The exhibition invited submissions from residents within a 50km radius of Albury.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their choice of winning entry.
The launch event will also include a presentation from BirdLife Australia who will share with us their birds on farms work and how this is contributing to the protection of local species. Audience members will also get the opportunity to learn about how they can also get involved in Birdlife Australia projects.
Exhibition Launch: Saturday 13 April 10.30am, all entrants invited.
Exhibition: Saturday 13 April – Saturday 1 June 2024, Community Exhibition Wall, LibraryMuseum
