The Big Microplastic Survey is a global citizen science project that anyone can participate in.
Come and learn how to support scientists and have fun and gather scientific data and information about the microplastics problem in your local area.
It takes about 30 minutes to do a survey and we’ll provide the equipment needed.
It is hard to solve a problem we can’t see. So join our dedicated team from ACF-AWR to map microplastics in our local waterways. You will be helping to put microplastic pollution on the map.
We will provide a cuppa, but please wear closed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather and bring along anything you may need including drinking water, snacks, a chair, a rug….. whatever you need.
Please RSVP by the 12th June.
