On 1 January, Murray Local Land Services (LLS) was established, bringing together the former Riverina and Hume Livestock Health and Pest Authorities, extension services of Department of Primary Industries, and the Murray Catchment Management Authority, into a completely new organisation.
We are one of eleven LLS regions in NSW providing the following services: agricultural production advice; biosecurity; natural resource management: and emergency management.
We also hold a range of events throughout the year. We’re looking for ways to assist community groups by running events that help them better manage their land or understand their local environment. If you’ve got an idea but need a bit of assistance let us know via email and we will see if we can help!
