The Street Harvest Project grew out of a passion for transforming the local food system into one that is sustainable and strong.

DESCRIPTION:Join Parklands Rangers to help find and remove woody weeds such as false acacia in this beautiful reserve. \nThis is an opportunity to work alongside our Rangers experiencing the ‘how to’ of caring for our local bush.  No experience is necessary – our Rangers will help with weed identification and removal techniques. \nTake in the fresh air\, get close to nature\, and learn about the local environment and how Albury City and community groups are working to protect threatened species\, improve habitat\, and link habitat corridors across the region. \nPlease check the Google Maps link below for the meeting place. \nWhen: 9:00 am to 11:00 am (2 hrs) \nWhere: Meet at the Corrys Wood car park. \nWhat is supplied: All tools and any specific safety equipment needed. \nWhat to bring: BYO drinking water.
