DESCRIPTION:Our next Field Day activities will involve removing plastic mesh guards from plants at Grasslands Block (Howlong Rd); removing briars; and nest box monitoring \, somewhere in the Park.\nWhen: 9am -12 noon \, Sunday June 7th (long weekend)\nWhere: meet at Chiltern Post Office at 9am and we can carpool to Grasslands Block (Howlong Rd)\nWhat to bring:  water\, hat\, sturdy shoes\, long pants\, gardening gloves.  Bring heavy duty secateurs/pruners/snips to cut plastic guards; mattock to remove briars.\n\n\nWe will break for morning tea so bring something to drink \, and a chair (or rug) to sit on. “Friends” will provide something to eat for morning tea.\nContact Liz with any questions: secretary@friendsofchiltern.org.au
