SUMMARY:Border Bushwalking Club - Moncrieff Gap Towonga
DESCRIPTION:This walk starts at the Mountain Creek Picnic Ground in Tawonga and makes its way around the base of Mt Bogong\, ending up near Mt Beauty. We’ll be walking through tall timber on 4WD tracks\, mainly up in the morning and down after lunch\, but nothing too steep except one short pinch. Pace will not be fast! We get views up to the mountains and down the Kiewa Valley\, and may even spot the hidden waterfall. There is a shallow creek crossing right at the end of the walk and a car shuffle is needed. Distance all up about 14 km. \nPlease call me to discuss coming on this walk.
