DESCRIPTION:Join passionate naturalists Sue Brunskill and Karen Retra for a slow early Spring nature walk in one of Wodonga’s best bush reserves. \nCome exploring with Sue and Karen and be inspired by their knowledge and enthusiasm for nature from wildflowers\, insects and fungi to trees\, birds and wildlife. \nThis is the first of our Spring walks in this reserve – the season changes so quickly and there is always something new to see. We’ll compare our findings with the previous Winter seasonal walk – you’ll be amazed at what’s changed in a few short months. \nWhere: Meet at Castle Creek Bushlands access off Castle Creek Rd. \nGoogle map: goo.gl/maps/TjytEF1aSseYcpiN7 \nWhat to expect: As usual\, you are in for a treat in this special reserve\, with early spring wildflowers already out and birds busy making nests… Expect to focus on the ‘slow’ and ‘nature’ rather than the walk – exercise is not the priority!  Please be aware that we will be walking on slopes\, on a natural\, unpaved and possibly wet surface. \nWhat to bring: Please bring your water bottle\, wear covered shoes and dress for the weather.
