TSR’s are not only part of our rural identity, they are important and strategic places within our local landscape, that have a multitude of values and uses within our community.
The NSW government has announced a review to look at the current use and values of our local TSR’s. This information will guide the NSW Government on regional TSR management plans – based on the primary land use for each TSR. As well as the appropriate management principles for each TSR.
To help understand some of the values and uses of our local TSR’s, Corowa District Landcare will be conducting a bus trip on Thursday 15th of June to some TSR’s in the area, leaving the Corowa Civic Centre at 9.30 am and returning at approximately 3 pm. If you’d like to come along, please contact Joanne Diver on firstname.lastname@example.org or 02 6033 1137.
