Meet the makers, innovators and upcyclers who represent the future of the sustainable economy.
Taste local street-foods, craft beers and wines amid live music, diverse stalls and the 30-minute theatre production King and Queen of Green Say No to Plastic presented by the Eaton George Theatre Company.
Be informed and inspired by fifteen minute demonstrations; learn how to make beeswax wraps, wicking pots, a cheap and easy solar dehydrator, fermented sauerkraut, luscious lip balm and toxic-free cleaning spray.
Check out our stalls and workshops featuring edible and medicinal native plants, stone tool and string-making, backyard chooks, boomerang bag-making, tips on managing produce gluts and a children’s planting activity.
Take part in the Retro Clothes Swap. Bring along your pre-loved clothing, shoes and accessories and swap them for tokens to ‘buy’ your ‘new’ wardrobe. All items must be in good condition.
