Local award winning food producers Ted and Glenda Minty are running a Fermented foods workshop as part of the  Join the Bunch Tallangatta Community Event 2018 on Friday the 20th of April. Cost $90. From 9:00am to 4:00pm

A wide range of fermented food will be demonstrated, made and discussed. These will include: sourdough bread*, sourdough pancakes*, wolkornbrot, yoghurt*, kimchi*, pickled olives*, other pickles and cider. (* will be made by participants). Participants will take home any products they don’t eat first!!!,  with recipes and instructions. The day will include lunch, morning and afternoon teas featuring fermented food and fresh ingredients.
