As part of National Tree Day 2019 the aim is to plant along stage one of the extended Wagirra Trail. The trail will in time follow along the edge of the Murray River and loop back around to Wonga Wetlands. Tree planting will increase habitat along the Murray River and provide a wildlife corridor for a range of species that call Albury and the Murray river home.
If you have your own gloves and hand tools please bring but there will be some gloves and tools for volunteers. A bbq lunch will be provided.
Please register to volunteer at this site at: https://treeday.planetark.org/find-a-site/volunteer/10021635
