Part of the 2019 Albury/Wodonga sustainable living festival.
We will start with a tour of Bunyip Hollow’s organic farm, looking at some of the over 200 species of bush tucker (Native Produce) they grow.
Bunyip Hollow is home to rare Large Black Pigs, Harlequin Mini Meat Sheep, Geese, Guinea Fowl and Maremma dogs.
You’ll get to look at their private nature reserve which is a breeding ground for several rare and endangered bird species, where you might see Freckled Ducks, Powerful Owls and Superb Parrots.
This will be followed by a luncheon using farm fresh produce, showcasing a sustainable way to eat.
As part of the event Senator Janet Rice will officiate the launch of our new farm gate store, where she will share her passion for the environment.
